Indian IT companies firm Infosys has despatched an electronic mail to workers about their quarterly efficiency bonus. As per the e-mail, the IT firm will roll out the September quarter efficiency bonus to eligible workers at a mean of 80 per cent payout this month.
In accordance with the corporate’s communication with workers, workers at place stage 6 and under band would obtain a mean payout of 80 per cent as variable pay for Q2 FY 2023-24.
