Almost six months after Adam Wealthy died at the age of 54, his reason for dying has been revealed.
In response to a current report from the Los Angeles Medical Examiner’s office, Wealthy died on January 7 as a result of “results of fentanyl.” His passing was dominated as an accident.
Information broke in January that the Eight Is Sufficient alum had been found dead in his Los Angeles house.
Wealthy was best known for his role as youngest sibling Nicholas Bradford on ABC’s Eight Is Sufficient, which ran for 5 seasons between 1977 and 1981. The sitcom adopted the every day adventures of the expansive Bradford Brood. Dick Van Patten, Connie Needham, Grant Goodeve, Willie Aames, Lani O’Grady and Laurie Walters additionally starred.
“I believe [Adam was one of the reasons that the show] was a giant success,” Van Patten, who died in 2015 on the age of 86, recalled of working together with his former TV son in a throwback Archive of American Television interview. “Individuals beloved him. He continued: “He was like 7 years outdated [when we started the show] and he was cute and he was a good actor. He was very pure.”

After Wealthy handed away, lots of his TV siblings paid tribute to his legacy.
